Website and application terms

These terms cover this website and the application form on it. They are not the agreement for the service. If you are accepted as a founding coach, everything commercial is set out in a separate written Founding Partner Agreement, agreed and signed before any campaign runs or any card is saved. Nothing on this site changes that agreement.

What the application is
Filling in the form is an application, not a purchase. It is free, it creates no contract, and it commits you to nothing. It starts a qualification process: we assess whether the founding offer is a fit for your coaching business, and you decide whether we are a fit for you. Either side can say no at any point, for any reason, without explaining themselves. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and there are only three founding places.
The call-back
The call-back box on the form is optional. If you tick it, our system calls the number you gave, usually within about a minute. The call is placed automatically and answered by an AI assistant. It may be recorded and transcribed, and you are told so at the start. You can ask for a human, hang up, or ask us never to call again, at any point, and it will not be held against your application.
If you leave it unticked, no automated call is placed. Your application is still submitted, and we email you a short video and a link to book a call at a time that suits you.
When you ask for the call we aim to place it within about a minute, and usually do, but we do not guarantee it. Phone networks, your signal and third-party services are outside our control. If you miss the call, we email you a link to choose a time instead.
What we ask of you
- Give us a number you actually answer, and one you are entitled to give us.
- Answer honestly. The assessment is only worth anything if the answers are real, and dishonest answers waste your time more than ours.
- Do not submit anyone else's details.
What we are not promising
This site describes how the founding offer works. It does not promise a result. Nothing on it is a guarantee of acceptance, of any number of appointments, of any number of clients, of any revenue, of any return on advertising spend, or of any particular outcome from the advertising budget you make available. The £500 per 30 days is a testing budget, not a promise of what it will produce.
The figures shown are the founding terms and worked examples of the fee arithmetic, labelled as such. They are not results we are claiming to have produced. Any figures, criteria or guarantees that do apply to an accepted coach are those written in the Founding Partner Agreement, and only those.
The one thing you can test yourself is the mechanism: submit the form and the phone rings. That is a demonstration of how the system contacts prospects, not a promise about the results it will produce for you.
If you are accepted
Fees, the qualification criteria, what counts as an attended appointment, the review window, payment, ownership of accounts and data, and how either side can end the pilot are all set out in the Founding Partner Agreement. You will receive it in writing before anything runs, and nothing starts until it is signed.
What is on this site
The ICONIQ Systems name and logo, the written copy, the design of these pages, and the systems, methods and materials they describe are ours and are protected by intellectual property law. The site also uses third-party typefaces, open-source libraries and licensed or generated assets, each under its own licence. You are welcome to read the site, share the link and quote it with attribution. You may not copy the pages, their code or their copy, or reproduce the systems and methods described, to build a competing offer.
Availability
We do not promise the site is always up or always error-free. If the form fails, email us and we will pick it up from there.
Liability
We are responsible for what the law says we are responsible for, and we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of this website or the application form. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Your data
How we handle your information, including the call, its recording and the suppliers involved, is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version live when you submit is the version that applies to your application.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
